Why This Matters to Me
I've spent my career helping organizations become stronger, more accountable, and more effective. Every family deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood, at school, and in their local businesses.
My Commitment
I support strong partnerships between law enforcement and our communities, holding criminals accountable, addressing homelessness with compassion and responsibility, and ensuring our first responders have the resources they need to keep our neighborhoods safe.
Affordable Living
Why This Matters to Me
Like so many families, I've watched the cost of living continue to rise. Housing, groceries, gasoline, insurance, and everyday expenses have become increasingly difficult for working families, seniors, and young people just starting their careers.
My Commitment
I'll work to reduce unnecessary regulations, encourage housing solutions that fit our communities, support responsible budgeting, and make California a place where families can afford to live, work, and retire.
Education
Why This Matters to Me
Teaching has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
For more than thirty years I've taught leadership, management, communication, and organizational development at colleges throughout the Bay Area. I've seen firsthand how education transforms lives and opens doors to opportunity.
My Commitment
Every student deserves access to a quality education, excellent teachers, safe schools, and opportunities to succeed whether they pursue college, technical education, or careers in the skilled trades.

As a small business owner and organizational consultant, I've worked alongside employers trying to grow their businesses while creating opportunities for employees.

Why This Matters to Me
Young families struggle to buy their first home. Seniors worry about remaining in their communities. Workers face increasingly difficult commutes because housing has become less affordable.

Protecting our environment and maintaining a strong economy should not be competing goals.
