CALIFORNIA AFFORDABILITY

California is becoming unaffordable for too many families—and that’s not by accident, it’s by policy.

People are working hard, doing everything right, and still struggling to stay here. I believe we need to start by protecting Proposition 13 so homeowners, especially seniors, aren’t taxed out of their homes. We also need to stop piling on new taxes and start cutting the regulations that drive up the cost of housing, energy, and everyday life. Sacramento needs to live within its means, just like families do.

My focus is simple: make California a place where you can afford to live, work and build a future again.

California’s too expensive because of bad policy. I’ll protect Prop 13, cut taxes and regulations, and make it affordable to live here again.

SAFE COMMUNITIES

Safety is the foundation of everything—if people don’t feel safe, nothing else works.

Right now, too many communities are dealing with rising crime, drug problems and policies that let repeat offenders cycle right back onto the streets. I support law enforcement and believe they need the resources and respect to do their jobs. We must get serious about the devastation of fentanyl and drug trafficking has on our society. And when it comes to our schools, parents should be informed and involved in their children’s lives—period.

We need common-sense policies that protect families, hold criminals accountable, and restore a real sense of safety in our communities.

We need to back law enforcement, stop repeat offenders, and protect kids and families. Safety has to come first.

GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY

Californians are paying more than ever—but they’re not seeing the results.

That’s a government accountability problem. We need real audits to uncover fraud, waste and abuse—not just more spending with no oversight. I will push for full transparency so people can actually see where their tax dollars are going. And with the budget shortfall we’re facing, the answer isn’t more taxes—it’s better leadership and responsible spending. Government should be working for the people, not the other way around.

I’m running to bring accountability back to Sacramento and make sure your money is valued.

You’re paying more and getting less. I’ll audit spending, cut waste and make government answer to you.
